vers\u00e3o da <strong>Plataforma Empresa Online<\/strong>, conhecida como Empresa Online 2.0, foi lan\u00e7ada em 26 de maio de 2023, marcando um avan\u00e7o not\u00e1vel no cen\u00e1rio empresarial portugu\u00eas. Financiado pelo Plano de Recupera\u00e7\u00e3o e Resili\u00eancia (PRR), este projeto visa modernizar e agilizar os processos de constitui\u00e7\u00e3o de empresas em Portugal, simplificando os procedimentos necess\u00e1rios.<\/p><p>Atrav\u00e9s do princ\u00edpio do Only Once, a Empresa Online 2.0 automatiza o preenchimento de informa\u00e7\u00f5es dos s\u00f3cios utilizando dados da Administra\u00e7\u00e3o P\u00fablica. Isso permite que os s\u00f3cios autorizem o uso desses dados, tornando o processo mais eficiente. Al\u00e9m disso, a plataforma facilita a interoperabilidade com entidades p\u00fablicas que simplificam e tornam mais transparente a intera\u00e7\u00e3o com os Registos.<\/p><p>Ap\u00f3s cerca de um ano desde o seu lan\u00e7amento, a Empresa Online 2.0 passou por uma s\u00e9rie de atualiza\u00e7\u00f5es. Entre as melhorias implementadas, destacam-se a introdu\u00e7\u00e3o de v\u00e1rias funcionalidades, tais como a possibilidade de cria\u00e7\u00e3o de sucursais online, o preenchimento pr\u00e9vio do registo do benefici\u00e1rio efetivo no pedido de cria\u00e7\u00e3o de empresa, o apoio \u00e0 cria\u00e7\u00e3o de neg\u00f3cios relacionados com a atividade econ\u00f3mica, a pesquisa de atos societ\u00e1rios e a disponibiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de informa\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00fablica das entidades. Adicionalmente, foi desenvolvida uma p\u00e1gina eletr\u00f3nica espec\u00edfica da entidade, reservada a s\u00f3cios, gerentes ou administradores, que permite o acesso \u00e0 situa\u00e7\u00e3o de registo. Outras melhorias incluem a publicita\u00e7\u00e3o de insolv\u00eancias e a comunica\u00e7\u00e3o autom\u00e1tica com os tribunais, bem como a simplifica\u00e7\u00e3o do processo para obter uma certid\u00e3o permanente, agora dispon\u00edvel de forma mais simples e intuitiva. Al\u00e9m disso, a plataforma foi integrada com o Guia Pr\u00e1tico da Justi\u00e7a, um recurso de conversa\u00e7\u00e3o baseado na tecnologia do ChatGPT, para esclarecer d\u00favidas dos utilizadores.<\/p><p>Essas melhorias visam simplificar os processos para os empreendedores, oferecendo um ponto \u00fanico de acesso a informa\u00e7\u00f5es e servi\u00e7os relacionados \u00e0 gest\u00e3o empresarial.<\/p><p>Recentemente o DL 28\/2024 de 03.04 trouxe mais novidades para adaptar o ordenamento jur\u00eddico ao novo sistema de informa\u00e7\u00e3o \u00abEmpresa 2.0\u00bb.<\/p><p>Em resumo, a Empresa Online 2.0 pretende representar um avan\u00e7o significativo na moderniza\u00e7\u00e3o dos servi\u00e7os p\u00fablicos em Portugal, promovendo maior efici\u00eancia e transpar\u00eancia nos processos de cria\u00e7\u00e3o e gest\u00e3o de empresas.
