(Decreto-lei n.\u00ba 58\/2020 de 29 de Junho), o novo Regime Jur\u00eddico do Seguro Obrigat\u00f3rio de Acidentes de Trabalho e doen\u00e7as profssionais (SOAT), por tr\u00eas vezes foi adiado, devido ao contexto provocado por sucessivas crises. Agora, apesar da dif\u00edcil conjuntura, em que ainda se sentem os impactos de longo prazo da covid, e se vivem os da guerra da Ucr\u00e2nia, nomeadamente o aumento da infla\u00e7\u00e3o e dos pre\u00e7os em praticamente todos os bens de consumo, o novo SOAT entrou mesmo em vigor.<\/p><p>Em linhas gerais, h\u00e1 tr\u00eas altera\u00e7\u00f5es que se destacam neste novo quadro legal: a unicidade da mat\u00e9ria, a n\u00edvel legislativo; o aumento dos valores dos pr\u00e9mios, a n\u00edvel do empregador; o aumento substancial das indeminiza\u00e7\u00f5es, a n\u00edvel do trabalhador.<\/p><p>Assim, juntam-se sob um s\u00f3 regime, diplomas avulsos que tratavam destas mat\u00e9rias.<\/p><p>No que toca \u00e0s tarifas, estas j\u00e1 n\u00e3o se baseiam somente em tr\u00eas classes sectoriais. Agora, a abordagem assenta \u201cna massa salarial e na actividade de cada empresa, com possibilidade de ajustamento consoante alguns factores de risco\u201d. Ou seja, quanto maior o risco, maior a percentagem a pagar sobre o total de pagamentos feitos aos funcion\u00e1rios. As tariIas est\u00e3o agora discriminadas entre 18 actividades econ\u00f3micas, sendo que a maior percentagem recai sobre o sector da constru\u00e7\u00e3o civil.<\/p><p>A terceira altera\u00e7\u00e3o destacada \u00e9 a mais significativa e com maior impacto para os trabalhadores. No quadro legal em vigor at\u00e9 agora, a refer\u00eancia era um capital de 300 ECV di\u00e1rios, ou seja, 9.000 ECV para 30 dias de trabalho, independentemente do sal\u00e1rio auferido. A nova legisla\u00e7\u00e3o traz uma mudan\u00e7a na determina\u00e7\u00e3o do valor do limite m\u00e1ximo do sal\u00e1rio seguro mensal\u201d, passando a ser considerado, pois, o sal\u00e1rio efectivo do trabalhador.<\/p><p>Por outro lado, h\u00e1 um aumento das presta\u00e7\u00f5es de indemniza\u00e7\u00f5es em dinheiro, atrav\u00e9s do aumento das percentagens que incidem sobre a
