  • Advised government entities on negotiations with the main LNG concessionaires and the creation of the legal framework for LNG operations in Mozambique;
  • Advised an Indian oil multinational on a natural gas transaction in Mozambique and on the acquisition of an oil concession in Angola (transactions concluded);
  • Advised a utility company on its commercial strategy for restructuring its shareholding in electricity generation and transportation projects in Mozambique.
